Pichu may learn an extremely powerful attack after meeting certain criteria. The attack is called 'Volt Tackle'. It has a Base Attack Power of 120, accuracy of 100, and 15 PP. The only negative side is that the user takes 1/3 of the given damage.In order to get Volt Tackle on your Pichu, you first need one Female Pikachu holding the Light Ball item. You may then use one of the following to breed with Pikachu: Ditto, Male Raichu, or Male Pikachu. No other Pokemon will work.After finishing the breeding process, hatch the Egg, and inside will be your lovely little Pichu with the Volt Tackle attack! This may be transferred to Pikachu or Raichu if you wish.

Tyrougue and Hitmontop in Emerald

A Hitmonlee or a Hitmonchan cannot be obtained in Pokemon Emerald, but can be obtained in Pokémon FireRed/LeafGreen. Trade it to Emerald nd then leave it at the Daycare with a Ditto and you will get a Tyrogue. Tyrouge will evolve into Hitmontop at level 20 ONLY if it's attack and its defense stats are EXACTLY the same number. (If the attack stat is 20, the defense stat MUST be 20) If it is not and it begins to evolve, press the b button to stop the evolution until the stats are the same.

Espeon/Umbreon in Pokemon Emerald

Eevee cannot be obtained in Pokemon Emerald, it can only be traded from another compatible Pokemon game.
To get Eevee to evolve, you need to MAX out it's happiness. To make it evolve into Espeon, Level it up one Level during the day. To make it evolve into Umbreon, Level it up one Level during the night. Eevee will evolve into Umbreon from 12am to 11:59pm. Eevee will evolve into Espeon from 12pm to 11:59am. To keep track of time, check one of the clocks in the game.

Cloning Pokemon

First go to the BATTLE TOWER in the BATTLE FRONTIER, then go to the pc. Deposit the Pokemon you want to clone in it, exit the pc, and save. Then withdraw the Pokemon and talk to the frontier lady closest to the pc And enter 2 Pokemon (It dosn't matter which ones). When she says "The game must be saved is this acceptable?" press YES. But when the game asks "Do you want to save the game?" turn offf the gameboy. When you turn it back on the Pokemon will be in the pc and your party. This definately works, you can copy any Pokemon any amount of times using this. I reccomend letting the Pokemon you are cloning hold a rare or valubale item Because they will be copied along with the pokemon.

Mystery Gift

To unlock mystery gift, go to a POKEMART and press A on the piece of paper on the counter. Then insert the words LINK TOGETHER WITH ALL. Press select to easily find the words. After this the store lady will talk to you and tell you that mystery gift is now unlocked.

Mirage Island

MIRAGE ISLAND is an invisble Island located on Route 130. Most of the time it will be invisible but on rare cases, the island will be visible. To find out if the island is there or not, go to Pacifidlog Town and talk to the old man in the bottom right house looking out the window. He will tell you wheter the island is there or not. The cause is unknown so a bit of luck is needed to find it. On the island you will find the rare Leichi Berry that powers up your Pokemon's attack in battle when it gets weak. In the grass, you will only find Wild Wynauts.

Mew in Emerald

You can find Mew at World Edge's Island. It will play hide and seek with you. After you found Mew, he will attack you. He will be at Level 30 so be prepared. Mew is the only Pokemon that can learn all TMs and HMs. Unfortunately, you cannot get to World's Edge Island without the OLD SEA CHART, which you can only get from a Nintendo Event, such as POKEMON ROCKS AMERICA.

There are certain pokemon that can only be caught when you trigger certain events, like castform.

Beldum - See Steven's house after you beat the Elite four.

Castform - Take out the rival team at the weather institute.

Chikorita, Cyndaquil or Tododile - When you complete the 200 Pokemon of Hoenn. Professor Birch will call you on your Pokenav.

Deoxys - Get the Aurara Ticket, and go to Birth Island

Groudon - Beat the Elite Four, and go to the land lair.

Ho-oh/Lugia - Get the Mystic Ticket, and go to Navel Island

Kyogre - Beat the Elite Four, and go to the sea lair.

Inherit Pokemon Natures through breeding

To do this you need an Everstone. To get one, search in Granite Cave for a lone rock on top of a plateau. Once you get an Everstone, let the a Ditto or a female Pokemon that you are breeding hold on to it. Once you receive and hatch the eggs, the offspring will have a 50% chance of inheriting the Nature from the Pokemon holding the Everstone.

Unlimited Safari Zone Steps

Pay 500 to go to the Safari Zone. Go to a grass patch. Stay in the patch and don't walk. Just press the arrow buttons softly like a 90 degree angle and you might catch a rare pokemon without wasting your 500 steps!

CHEAT#1
As you accomplish more along your journey, your
Trainer Card will change colors and rise in
rank, depending on completing certain tasks.
After completing one task, it will rise in one
rank, but there are some tasks that cannot be
completed until beating the Elite Four. You must
do these tasks:

-Become Pokemon league Champion
-Complete the Hoenn Pokedex
-Collect all the gold symbols in the Battle Frontier
-Win one ribbon in all five of the Master Rank Pokemon Contests.

Bronze Rank - Do one of the tasks mentioned above.
Copper Rank - Do two of the tasks mentioned above.
Silver Rank - Do three of the tasks mentioned above.
Gold Rank - Do all four of the tasks mentioned above.

CHEAT#2
You must beat the Elite Four for this to happen. Go to the Weather Institute. Then go upstairs and talk to the person. He will tell you about either a drought or heavy rainfall. Drought means that Groudon is nearby. Severe rainfall means Kyorge is up and at em'. The guy will tell you what Route the weird weather is at. If you're looking for Groudon, look for cave entrances that shouldn't be there. If it's Kyorge you're after, look for Dive spots that shouldn't be there( it's tough!). The poke'mon will be at Lv. 70, so keep your guard on. They will use Rest on some turns, so you will have an easier chance of catching it. I found out that Ultra Balls have the most effect when they are asleep at FULL HP! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Cheat#3
This Pokemon is very easy to obtain, but is quite good. It is the only Bug and Ghost type Pokemon. It has 1 HP no matter how high its level, but its special power Wonder Guard makes it almost invincible. Wonder Guard protects against all attacks except for those that are super effective. For example, Bug is weak against Flying types; if someone uses a Flying type move on Shedinja, it is going to get hit. To get Shedinja, you will need a Nincada. You can catch one on Route 116. Make sure you have a free slot for a new Pokemon (Shedinja). That means you can have only five Pokemon, including Nincada. Make sure you have at least one of the type of Pokeball you used to catch Nincada with. For example, if you caught Nincada with a Great Ball, make sure you have at least one Great Ball. Get it to evolve at level 20 into a Ninjask and learns three new moves. Once you are back out to the normal screen, go to your Pokemon. You will see that you just got another Pokemon, Shedinja. It rocks. But just switch it out when fighting against something supeer affective or a sharpedo.

Check a male and a female Pokemon into the day care- you definitely won't get an egg out of the pairing otherwise. As soon as you check them in, speak to the man who tends the day-care park outside. He'll tell you whether the pair of Pokemon is likely to have an egg. If it is, return to the day-care later. If he's standing outside the park, he's got an egg for you. If he says, "They're very friendly..." it's extremely likely that your pokemon will have an egg. If he says, "The two seem to get along..." That means it's somewhat likely that they'll have an egg. If he says, "The two don't seem to like each other..." That means it's not very likely for them to have an egg. And last, if he says, "The two prefer to play with other Pokemon..." If he says that, there's no way they'll make eggs.

After the Sudowoodo is gone at the Battle Frontier, use surf to go into the water. Don't bother looking for a pokemon in the water because there aren't any. Keep going left until you see a cave called Artistan Cave full of Smeargle. They don't call it Artistan Cave for nothing.

ok first when going through the aqua base get the master ball and after go save it in the pc until you have beaten elite 4 then go get it out and go to the battle tower in battle frontier and perform the cloning glitch with one of your pokemon holding your master ball since it copies items also you will end up with 2 master balls repeat as many times as you want then go get in any battle and just immediately throw a master ball NEVER use your last master ball!!! you can clone them again so never throw your last not even for a shiny(unless you have another game with a master ball that can trade it to emerald)

The first elite's pokemon all suck against Fight moves such as Double Kick. Blaziken (around level 55+ is good) is helpful because his Double Kick can efficiently k.o. the first elite's pokemon and also the second elite's by using his Blaze Kick (or Fire Blast, [TM]). you can also use him against glacia's (third elite) pokemon but Gardevoir is recommended from here on. With Gardevoir's Psychic, you can easily k.o. the 3rd, 4th and the champion's pokemon. The fourth elite's pokemon all suck against ice attacks too.

Find Ditto by going to the Fossil Maniac's house (in Fallarbor Town) after beating the elite four. The guy would've already dug a new underground section which also includes the other fossil you didn't take in the desert.

Hatch Eggs Faster
